The 2025/26 league campaign is underway, and we’re looking for enthusiastic candidates to join Hawarden Rangers as Assistant Manager and/or Coach of our Reserve Team.

This is a key role within our player development pathway, bridging the gap between our successful Development Team and senior football.

Our Reserve Team currently compete in the NEWFL Reserve Division, and the successful candidate will work closely with our new Reserve Team Manager, Liam Smith, sharing the aligned vision of the coaching staff to support the club’s objectives of player development and progression.

No previous experience is necessary, just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Hawarden Rangers will support the successful candidate through the relevant FAW coaching courses, as well as providing Safeguarding and Emergency Aid training if not already held.
