Ahead of the 2025/26 league campaign, we're now accepting applications for the role of Reserve Team Manager at Hawarden Rangers.

This is a vital position within our player development pathway, bridging the gap between our successful Development Team and senior football.

Our Reserve Team currently competes in the NEWFL Reserve Division.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the senior section's management and coaching staff to support the club’s shared objective of player development and progression.

Key responsibilities include:
• Planning and delivery of training sessions
• Matchday preparation and team management
• Supporting individual player development

While an FAW coaching qualification (or equivalent) is preferred, it is not essential. The club is committed to supporting the successful candidate through relevant FAW courses to aid in their coaching development.

A valid FAW Safeguarding Award and Football Emergency Aid certificate are also desirable. However, if not already held, the club will ensure these are completed at the earliest opportunity.
